Ingredients:
Milk 1 cup
Sprinkle of Nicesaffron thread
Cream 4tablespoons
Sugar 5 tablespoons
Bread crumbs 2 tablespoons
Butter 100 grams
Sugar 3 tablespoons
Water 1/3 cup
Gelatin 1/4 cup
Recipe:
Part 1:
1- Boil the milk and add Saffron Treads.
2- Add Cream to boiled milk and mix it
3- Add Bread Crumbs and Sugar and risking whisking until It’s completely
dissolved.
4- Take the pot off the stove and let it cool down.
5- Add Gelatin to the pot.
6- Pour the mix in to the cup mold & put in refrigerator for 2-3 hours.
Part 2:
1- Boil the Butter and add Sugar, mix it until it’s dissolved.
2- Add water and mix and boil down the mix until you have a medium paste.
3- Put your sugary Chocolate paste on parchment paper .
4- Place the chocolate in the refrigerator for two hours.
